 
Sealing Jutsu: Tailed Beast Destroyer is a move used by True Tobi. He first summons a ball much like the Spirit Bomb. Then he throws it, and it goes inside of the Tailed Beast's body and a seal appears on it's stomach. Finally it tames them by putting them through so much pain that it can possibly kill them.
