Lightning Rasengan is a fanmade lightning version of the Rasengan and it is used by Kakashi. Kakashi charges his rasengan and adds lightning energy to it. He then runs towards the opponent and he hits him or her with the Lightning Rasengan, inflicting a high amount of damage.
