Icey Shenron is the version of Shenron after he was frozen for 2,000 years. He eventually defrosted and became Icey Shenron. He can only be summonned in the winter. Once you touch him, you'll freeze to death. His counterpart in Burning Shenron. His Dragon Balls are Sky Blue and Green.
