Dark Vegeta is the same thing as Dark Goku, except that it happened with the Vegeta cell of Cell. Dark Vegeta was in the alternate version of the movie Dragon Ball Z: The Dark Cell. He was defeated by Goku's Multi Kamehameha. He is very powerful.
